I have not received the confirmation email for my registration

contacto1Once we have completed the first stage in the eTwinning registration, within a few minutes the platform sends a message to the email address we provided. This message may have been classified and moved to the spam folder. If you cannot find it there, you must contact the National Support Service in order to receive the message. We should write to the NSS from the same address we used to register in eTwinning. Otherwise, due to security and privacy reasons, they will not be able to send us the data we need.

 

I have changed to a new school. Do I have to register again?

No. If you change to a new school, you have to add this new school to your profile. This way the projects which you have started before will appear associated to the previous school, while those you begin afterwards will appear associated to the new one.

You can type in a new school profile using the tab MY SCHOOL and the option ADD A SCHOOL. It is important to mark the different schools as active or inactive (if you work at two schools you can keep more than one active).

How can I change information in my register? Or on my school?

To modify your personal information, you just need to choose the option My profile on your eTwinning Desktop. Then click on Modify profile. Select the tab ABOUT ME and modify the data you want to change. Don’t forget to click on “Save information”, at the bottom of the screen so the changes are saved. At the end of the process the following message will appear:

To modify the data on your school, you just choose the option My profile on your eTwinning Desktop. Then click on Modify profile. Select the MY SCHOOL tab and modify the data you wish to change. Don’t forget to click on the bottom of the screen to save the modifications. At the end of the process the following message will appear:

Bear in mind that if you modify the data on your school, these changes will affect all the teachers registered from this same school. If you have changed schools, you should go to “Add a new school” and not modify the one you are currently registered at.

I can’t remember my password. How can I recover it?

Follow these steps:

  • Access your eTwinning page
  • Click on Have you forgotten your password? at the top of the screen.

  • You will be asked for the e-mail you gave when registering.
  • New access passwords will be sent immediately to your e-mail address.
   

Can more than one teacher from the school register?

Yes, registry is individual so that as many teachers from a school as wish to can register.

When a teacher has registered, the others do not have to enter the data on their school; during the registry process each one will be asked to verify that their school is already registered and can select it from the list they are given.
