Once we have completed the first stage in the eTwinning registration, within a few minutes the platform sends a message to the email address we provided. This message may have been classified and moved to the spam folder. If you cannot find it there, you must contact the National Support Service in order to receive the message. We should write to the NSS from the same address we used to register in eTwinning. Otherwise, due to security and privacy reasons, they will not be able to send us the data we need.
