Información del proyecto
This project is second step of our ''SOS Planet A Robotics Project''. Through that project students learnt robotics and coding for saving our planet. Each country prepared new canvases about an environment pollution and students programmed their robots for finding a sollution about that pollution in transnational teams. Nearly 80 students joined that project ,they learnt coding and robotics, they prepared tutorials and videos for younger students and improved not only ICT skills but also English competences by working international teams. After 2 years, they have enough information for teaching this skills to their peers or yonger students. Through the process students are going to teach robotics and coding to their peers or younger students. They are going to use e-book which was prepared for this aim also they are going to use common Vimeo Channel. They are going to use the tutorials which was prepared by students to teach students.

[mostrar todo]Our aim is motivating students for peer learning. After learning robotics and coding from teachers through 2 years, they are expecting to teach robotics to their peers or younger students. Therefore, we can achieve our SOS Planet a Robotics projects' outcomes. We can disseminate the robotics to the school.Besides of these, our objective is to develop basic and transversal competences ( entrepreneurial , ICT, linguisticand logical-mathematical)in our schools, using innovating methodology through the use of multipleintelligences and PBL. We aim to carry out innovating activities that foster the use of CLIL. Wewant to achieve a high quality standard by sharing and cooperating with our schools. We intend toraise awareness of the European dimension of our schools by creating synergies between partners [ocultar]

Teachers will decide the students who is going to learn from their peers. They can be younger students or students' classmates. The students who joined the project through the 2 years are going to use Lego Robotics' Advisor Book for teaching the parts of robot and sensors. After that, they are going to use canvasses about 5 different missions which were prepared by 5 different countries from 1 to 5 one by one and they will tell the missions and students will focus on the activities and tries to solve the missions. If they need they can use Their Vimeo Channel about that missions. There are nearly 15 tutorials from 5 different countires about each missions. [ocultar]

[mostrar todo]The main result of this project will be an intellectual product which will be an ebook containing allthe know-how acquired by students after they face each Mission and Challenge. It will contain allexplanations, diagrams, drawings, tutorials, photo reports and videos, which will explain the assemblyof the robot and table, the instructions to program the robot, a Troubleshooting sections,Q&A, etc. All this will serve as educational resources to organize and carry out a robotics workshopfor students managed by students, once the project is finished.Another expected result is to train teachers to acquire ICT skills in their classes, to use PBL and tofoster the use of CLIL at school. Moreover, we expect students to achieve a greater level of English as a foreign language, a greatercapacity to solve problems, attitudes of cooperation, a greater autonomy and creativity to solveproblems and take the initiative, a higher level of logical-mathematical competence through programming [ocultar]
