Sin duda, el mejor uso que puedes dar al calendario es para la planificación y temporalización de actividades del proyecto. Está recomendado para:

Inserting an event in the calendar

The Calendar is a default tool that appears when the main page of our TwinSpace opens.

Clearly, throughout project development there will be many activities to be carried out, some of which can be done within TwinSpace itself or can refer to a specific event: a conference, an encounter through a chat, a television programme, a concert... Undoubtedly, it will be necessary to remember the day, date, place and duration of the corresponding activity. Therefore, nothing better than using the diary and inserting a memo to remind us when that specific action will take place. Let's see a specific example.

Firstly, I must add an event by clicking on the corresponding key.

Now I have to fill in all the fields required. We can see how there are other possibilities that, depending on the needs, can be completed as we go along. The system will even send an email to those people involved. I have filled in my first event in the diary for the following day. Then, I only have to press Save.

My calendar memo has been recorded on TwinSpace and is visible to all participants.

I can see different options. My memo is not for today but for tomorrow, so if I want to see when the event is organised and what it is about, I have to click on Week. If it wasn't for this week, I would click on Month or Year, depending on my needs. Now I will see a calendar with the events included. To get more information, just click on the highlighted areas.

Without a doubt, the best use you can make of the calendar is for planning and timing your project activities. It is recommended to:
• Arrange dates and/or times for communication (chat sessions, publishing in the forum, blog…).
• Set deadlines to give in activities.
• Highlight important dates for the contents of the project content (Green Day, Spain’s National Festivity, Language Day, Peace Day, etc.)
• Remember dates connected to a work process (measure temperatures, search for news articles in the paper, listen to a TV channel, buy the paper…).
